All Systems Go! Price Level 4 Additions…
We’re pleased to report that the technical problem which sabotaged last Saturday’s Bonnaroo on-sale has been identified and corrected.
So…today, Saturday, February 25, at 12 noon EST, they will once again put tickets on sale for the 2012 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival at bonnaroo.com. This includes all of our specialty programs – On-site RV rentals, on-site tent rentals, group camping, hotels, travel packages and more will all be available this Saturday at Noon EST too!
Because of all of the frustration and confusion, they are allocating additional tickets at Price Level 4 – even though tickets at both Level 3 and Level 4 sold out quickly last week before the problems surfaced – to ensure the quickest among you will still have an opportunity to purchase at the Level 4 price.
Payment Plan Extensions
Due to the ticketing situation they are extending the five payment purchase window for all Payment Plan orders. The five payment plan will now run for orders purchased between Noon EST Saturday, February 18th, 2012 and 11:59PM EST Sunday, February 26th, 2012. The five payment schedule will remain the same and your first payment due at purchase will be $81.90 plus shipping fee (all other service fees are included). Extended Customer Service Hours
Should any questions arise on Saturday, Musictoday customer service specialists will be available. Please call 1-800-594-8499 during the following hours – Saturday, February 25th from Noon to 4:00 PM EST.
Standard customer service hours are:
Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM to Midnight EST
Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
